Clifford M. Solomon

Cliff has had broad litigation experience in Federal, New York State and New York City courts and in alternate dispute resolution forums. He has represented owners, general contractors and sub-contractors in connection with claims involving private and public construction projects; landlords and tenants in commercial real estate disputes; financial institutions and regional banks seeking to collect and work out claims against debtors; parties to various types of agreements, including purchases and sales of real estate, businesses and other transactions; and litigants in disputes involving business torts and sexual harassment claims. Cliff has also prepared and argued appeals before various Federal and New York appellate courts.

In addition to being admitted to practice before the courts of New York State, Cliff is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third and Ninth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. He has an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for more than 25 years.
